At LAB5, we create more than apparel—we celebrate culture, history, and community. We want you to feel proud and confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right with fairness and care.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must still be attached
Proof of purchase is required

We ask that returns are made with respect for the quality and intention behind each piece.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our designs carry personal and cultural significance, the following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Custom or limited-edition pieces, unless they arrive damaged or defective

3. Exchanges

We understand that sizing and fit can be tricky. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
Photos of the item

We’ll prioritize resolving the issue quickly—because taking care of our community matters.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
